The New Capital brings new design philosophies. El Attal Holding took this concept to heart with their Park Lane include a blend of different residential buildings, commercial facilities, and expanding greenery. All of this presented us with an excellent canvas to work with.
Our design goal for this project was to match Parklane's architectural concept of adding authenticity to modernity. What makes this building special is that it consists of residential first and second floors, while the third and fourth floors are clubhouse spaces connected by a terrace. Therefore, it was crucial that our interiors accurately reflect a connective living experience.
The lush waters of the indoor swimming pool maintain their refreshing quality throughout the entirety of the year.
the interior is surrounded by translucent glass walls and a clear skylight, creating a sunny atmosphere through the use of natural light. Mirrored ceilings reflect the waters below, immersing users into an endless loop of tranquillity.
