The story of one of building trust. This trust allowed the company to go through powerful transformation and expand its operation in multiple sectors. Their outstanding market knowledge has secured a sustainable operation consisting of a wide geographical network of branches and Offices.
Capitalizing on their reputation and history of success, we designed their head office in Arkan Palm In El Sheikh Zayed, to meet their expectations and enable them to continue to provide their customers the best possible experience. We designed an administrative building that would be perceived as an icon to help them stand out from other competitors.
We designed an administrative building that would be perceived as an icon to help them stand out from other competitors.
The building allows for a continuous spiralling flow of guests between its various levels. The lightings and materials used are to create an interesting play of changing moods over the course of a day. During daylight, selected cars in the display windows are the focus of attention. In the after hours, when internal light starts to permeate the facade, the whole space with its floating golden stairs become perceptible.
