known as Egypt's first branded live experience, Al Jazi JW Marriott Residences came from the combined efforts of Al Jazi Egypt and JW Marriott International. This collection of luxury apartments integrates JW Marriott's iconic brand with Al Jazi's state of the art execution. The project was brought to life by a group of famous architects, consultants and interior designers.
The Oculus Designs team worked with Al Jazi Egypt, a subsidiary of one of Egypt's leading hospitality and real estate investment companies, to produce designs that live up to both partners' reputations.
Our goal was to turn Al Jazi JW Marriott Residences into the embodiment of high-class living and state of the art services, doing so with a blend of luxurious aesthetics and functional high-end amenities.
Our use of neutral colors allows each apartment to be customized and accented according to each user's preference. We provided lighter tones, a favourite among families, as well as darker tones which were often preferred by youths. Our modern, contemporary design choices, combined with Al Jazi's natural light concept, created a warm and all-welcoming haven.
