Carlos Restaurant, was introduced in 1992 and ever since it is considered to be one of Egypt’s most significant Retail hubs. Combined with their F & B expertise and high-quality standards, they launched in a world-class destination in District 5 near the Fifth Settlement of Cairo.

We joined the partnership determined to create a more exuberant Carlo’s experience, we came up with a design to guarantee the continuity of Carlo’s signature design theme yet in a more vibrant sense of style.

The restaurant is designed to create a particularly vibrant statement. This powerful design stands at eight meters high and is covered by a square shaped structure that organically surrounds it and brings its various sections together. The structure also creates a bond between the interior and the exterior welcoming and inviting the aspiring youth. The bond between different sections, is as well accentuated by the use of greeneries on its roofs, reaching the restaurant’s highest point to create a lush, tropical, and almost alive environment. Working with contrasting colors with copper as an accent color to evoke a sense of nature, to create an approachable setting for people to sit down and enjoy the food.
